Tri-State EMC of Blue Ridge, Georgia returned to Partner for their software solutions “hat in hand” after testing the waters of similar companies. According to David, “Partner has certainly exceeded [Tri-State EMC’s] expectations… [Tri-State EMC] looks at Partner as a partner; if Partner does well, we do well. The cooperative wanted an easy-to-use but efficient viewer and staker, which is where Partner excelled by providing Tri-State EMC with Field Design, Partner Mobile, Distribution Inspection, and Right of Way (ROW) Vegetation Management. Partner’s friendly and highly responsive staff made it easy for Tri-State EMC to achieve their software solution goals.

The biggest problem that Tri-State EMC had with other competitors was the overall difficulty in use and overly complicated staking and viewer capabilities. By switching over to Partner, the cooperative was able to smoothly go right back to doing inspections while meeting U.S. and State requirements, along with completing day-to-day functions efficiently. Another challenge Tri-State EMC faced was providing insurance companies with their yearly inspection data. David mentioned that Partner automatically resolved this issue by providing documentation of work completed and work in progress quickly to then appease the insurance company.

Tri-State EMC is also very pleased with Partner Software for numerous reasons that go beyond Partner’s effective products alone. Partner was able to respond quickly to their inquiries with on site visits. Partner correctly implemented one product at a time in a timely manner within a few weeks. Partner also makes it a priority to be responsive to Tri-State EMC, saving them time and money.
