• MariaDB version: 11.4.7
• PHP version: 8.3.23

Databridge 1.2
This release contains an update to the Orbitas integration that now allows sending some additional data back and forth within Orbitas and Field Design. We also added a few quality of life updates, the specific additions or changes are:
• Upon upload of a job to Orbitas, an alert will pop-up saying “Upload was successful” and automatically refresh the job list to confirm the job was sent and uploaded to Orbitas.
• Added an option to turn off importing the name from the Orbitas job.
• Added a date/time stamp as a prefix to jobs in Orbitas job view.
• Added support for custom/unique unit fields and their info to be sent back and forth. For example, WireVar or PoleVar’s.
• Changed the underlying data process to send GUIDs back and forth between Orbitas and Field Design to ensure the information is kept current and not adding new when it should be existing.
• Datums are sent at the beginning of the transfer to ensure any conversions are done more smoothly.
• Fixed Add Span Length and Phase importing issues.
Partner Web
Some general cleanup and security enhancements within Partner Web. A visible change is within the unit configuration, the symbology selection dropdown list is cleaned up and simplified to enable quick and easy selection for New, Retired, and Existing Field Design icons.
Ability to sever a job checkout has been decoupled from report regeneration. This allows users to have the report regeneration permission level without requiring them to also have the ability to sever checkout. The sever checkout feature should only be used when necessary.
Updated calendar date picker in Partner Web.
Fixed a bug where some users were unable to rearrange header fields in Partner Web.
Fixed a bug that caused issues with the “Offset” field in unit configuration.
Field Design and Inspections
Changed how the “copy-from” reads in the dataTypeFields.csv. This was done to address an issue some users experienced when data types had similar names.
Fixed a bug some users had with ROW inspection tracing that prevented getting subtypes.
Publisher
Minor change that should have some nice quality of life changes, the Post to Hub process that creates the postgres tables for Global Map View now does not force the opening of a viewer.
Made some minor changes to logging to include file path and timestamps with the workbench open. The file based logs remain unchanged as they already had the information.
Added order preserving for Staking and Location Units, this keeps Partner’s units in the order they are shown in the GIS export.
Fixed mapspace preference window to auto-add to selected presets.
Fixed publisher workbench log viewer’s clear button to actually clear the display.
Updating Oracle JBDC Driver to version: 2031AI.

New Report: Job Diagnostic Report
Job Diagnostic Report for Staking. This report is a new feature for job diagnostics related to staking. It can provide significant help in diagnosing issues for both end users, IT staff, and the Partner Software support team. From within the Map Viewer, it reviews the open job and summarizes each location. At the top of the report, it highlights any issues and gives an overall job summary.
Auto Live Publish – Hub Edition
This rebuild of the AutoLive Publish module takes the previous ALP to an entirely new level. It gives the ability to pull geographic information from a database and overlay it onto the map viewer. This dynamic mapset sends information out to the desktop map viewers as well as Partner Next. It pushes the info out on a scheduled basis up to every minute! It can serve as an AVL viewer and is not limited to a single connection. If you have a large set of data, it will run through and push the full dataset before going back to start on the updates to ensure your data is visible and accessible where and when you need it. Reach out to Partner if this is a module you are interested in or to learn more of the unique ways it is being used!
Partner Passport Portal
We have taken the internal Partner application and are making it more user friendly and accessible so your IT or system administrators can manage the user lists. Please reach out to Partner to get access or find out if anyone in your organization is currently an administrator. This will continue to get updates and improvements, and Partner is now using it for their own internal management of users.
