AnyDesk Installation

Download AnyDesk for “Unattended” access – which is our preference for offering timely Support for issues. 

We have set a strong password for this installation that we are keeping on file. If you need to change this password for any reason, please contact Bill Brandon (706.354.1833 x 2591 / wbrandon@partnersoftware.com)

AnyDesk provides a log of sign-on interactions with your computers so your organization can track and monitor activity.

If your IT department requires, we can offer  an “Attended” installation – which means an employee at your organization will need to be physically present for our Support Staff to connect to the machine. This will require coordination with our Support Staff and your employees to maintain timely Support responses to issues. If you will need to install as “Attended” you may do so by following the instructions here. If your organization chooses to go with Attended access please contact Bill Brandon (706.354.1833 x 2591 / wbrandon@partnersoftware.com) to let us know!

Then launch the downloaded file to install.

Once the program installs right click on the numerical ID given to your installation (see image below). Please contact Bill Brandon (706.354.1833 x 2591 / wbrandon@partnersoftware.com) and let him know which ID was given to each installation. For example:

  • Hub – 123456789
  • Publisher – 987654321
